Confirmation and Welcome: Immediately after your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a warm welcome and order details.

Onboarding (72-Hour Deadline): Within 24-hours of purchasing, you will receive an onboarding email with a crucial questionnaire. Completing this within 72 hours is essential to starting your project. This form will help us gather every detail needed to best understand your requirements and branding goals. Please make sure you review each element and upload any necessary information—logos, branding guidelines, etc.

Project Kickoff (Optional): Once we've reviewed your completed onboarding information, we may schedule a brief project kickoff call via Zoom or Google Meet to discuss your project in greater detail and answer any questions. We will contact you to schedule this call. The Kickoff meeting is optional, unless we require more detail, or if needed to further discuss your specifications for your design.

Project Commencement: Once we receive, review, and approve your onboarding information (and any kickoff call), you'll receive another email confirming the start of your project and outlining the expected turnaround time, specific to the service you purchase

Design Review & Revisions: Upon completion of your design, you'll receive a draft for your review. We ask that you review it thoroughly and submit feedback or approval within 72 hours. You will be granted three complimentary revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additional revisions past three will incur additional charges based on the amount of work involved.

Project Completion: After your final approval, you'll receive a completion email with download Links to your completed design files. We would appreciate it if you would leave feedback about your experience.
IMPORTANT
All content must be typed; screenshots are not accepted. High-resolution images are required for optimal design quality. The design process begins upon receipt of all completed materials.
REVISION
Three complimentary revisions are included in your purchase (font, color, or placement adjustments). Additional revisions are available at a rate of $20 per revision.
